This is Device2.0; a team of IT professionals from across Taiwan, trying to positively influence the landscape of our global IT infrastructure. It is our belief that the joining together of Software and Hardware manufacturers with service providers can result in unparalleled synergies in the creation of computing devices; from handheld consumer devices, to full-scale enterprise solutions. Furthermore, this collaboration can result in significant progress in decreasing the carbon footprint of technology.
Our globally connected world, increases in cloud computing and an ever-hastening pace of life is placing incredible emphasis on the continuing development and improvement of handheld computing devices. From smart-phones and portable media players to net-books. Consumers are demanding increasingly mobile and powerful devices. Enterprises are demanding increasingly smart and scalable devices. Device2.0 aims to meet these consumer, enterprise, and environmental demands by connecting Taiwan’s IT infrastructure; from chip-set to networking equipment.
